David McMichael is a growth-focused operator and builder with more than 35 years of experience scaling beverage businesses through disciplined execution, strong relationships, and customer-first leadership. As CEO of AllBev, David leads with a simple belief: the best manufacturing partners don’t just run the line, they run with their customers. He views AllBev as a platform for disciplined expansion built on operational excellence, quality, and trusted customer partnerships, with a focus on strengthening capabilities, investing in people, and delivering consistent results.

David began his career at Dr Pepper as a beverage merchandiser and advanced through the organization to become President of the $4.2B Direct Store Delivery business. In that role, he led more than 10,000 frontline associates through one of the most complex periods in the company’s history, including the Keurig Dr Pepper integration and the challenges of a global pandemic. Under his leadership, the business delivered sustained revenue growth, margin expansion, and improved operating income while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, execution, and associate safety.

Prior to serving as President, David held senior leadership roles at Dr Pepper including Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of National Accounts, Warehouse Direct, and Contract Manufacturing. He led large-scale contract manufacturing and warehouse direct operations and oversaw joint business planning with the company’s largest retail partners.

Throughout his career, David has partnered closely with emerging and challenger beverage brands, helping scale products from launch to national distribution. His experience includes working with Monster, Vitaminwater, BODYARMOR, Bai, C4, and Electrolit, giving him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build and sustain winning brands. What David considers even more informative was learning from the many brands that did not reach household recognition, reinforcing how critical the right scaling decisions are for long-term success.

David’s leadership approach is grounded in clarity, accountability, and respect for people. He believes sustainable performance comes from strong culture, disciplined execution, and alignment around a long-term vision.

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife and two daughters.

Lee McDonald is a Co-founder and serves as Head of Growth & Customer Success at AllBev, where he leads business development, customer partnerships, and research and development. He is responsible for driving the company’s growth  strategy while ensuring a high level of service and innovation for customers. Lee brings a broad background in finance, real estate development, and executive leadership. With roots in public accounting, he has participated in more than $800 million in hotel transactions, providing him with deep experience in financial strategy, operations, and deal execution. His entry into the beverage industry began over a decade ago as a home brewer, a passion that led to opening and operating a bar and gaining firsthand experience in beverage distribution. This hands-on background gives him a practical, customer-focused perspective that shapes his leadership at AllBev. Lee earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University and lives in Prosper, Texas with his wife and daughter.

Jacob Russell-Meyer is the Senior Director of Operations for AllBev. He is a seasoned operations leader with vast experience in the co-packing industry and a proven track record of operational efficiency. He is dedicated to driving continuous improvement while fostering a save and supportive workplace. His experience includes development of maintenance over several facilities, engineering custom components for improvement of operational efficiency, development of SOP for multiple beverage brands, leading cross functional teams to manage quality, safety and compliance along with overseeing various other functions to optimize production. Jacob graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS in Physics. He recently relocated to the DFW area.

Hayes Cooper is the Head of Operations for AllBev. Hayes oversees all beverage manufacturing, packaging and logistical operations. Hayes’ experience as a VP or production and head brewer has honed his abilities in manufacturing execution, operations process creation, maintenance of brewing facilities. Hayes has a BS from Arora University and lives in McKinney with his new bride.

David Hollingsworth is a seasoned finance executive and public-company CFO with 20 years of experience leading financial strategy, operations, and organizational governance. He has a strong track record of scaling new and growing businesses, building the financial infrastructure, systems, and controls needed to support expansion and long-term performance. David has held senior leadership roles across both private and public companies, including serving as CFO, CHRO, and Interim President of Operations at AYRO Inc. He is known for aligning financial strategy with business goals, strengthening internal controls, and partnering effectively with boards, lenders, and executive teams. He holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Emilio Caamano is a strategic operator and business integrator with a career built on turning operational complexity into scalable, high-performing systems. He brings executive-level leadership to the intersection of operations, technology, and business growth. With a track record of building infrastructure that actually works in the real world, not just on paper. At AllBev, Emilio serves as COO/CTO, providing the operational and technology leadership that ambitious beverage brands demand as they scale. From ERP implementation and systems integration to process design and cross-functional accountability, he functions as a true extension of the leadership team. His focus is always the same: close the gap between where a business is today and where it needs to be tomorrow. Emilio has worked across multiple industries, including beverage manufacturing, produce distribution, and technology, giving him a grounded understanding of what execution looks like in fast-moving, operationally intensive businesses. He leads with clarity, builds with precision, and measures success by results.

Dan Healy is Executive Chairman of AllBev, where he helps shape the company’s strategy, growth, and culture. He is focused on advancing AllBev’s core purpose — Elevating Brands — by building the manufacturing capabilities ambitious beverage companies need to scale with confidence. An entrepreneur, investor, and company builder, Dan brings more than two decades of experience leading platforms through growth and transformation. He also co-founded and leads Civitas Capital Group, a leading vertically integrated EB-5 regional center operator and investment manager serving investors from more than 50 countries. At AllBev, Dan helps foster a values-driven culture defined by Make It Happen, Better Every Batch, and We Over Me, while building a manufacturing partner that helps customers grow through trust, transparency, and operational excellence. Dan has a BA from University of Texas and a MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business. He lives in Dallas with his wife and two children.
